Learning Japanese language could take a very long time; all depends on the goals you want to achieve.

1)    Please contact me and let me know your plan and goals before you commence your Japanese language lessons and take a free trial lesson.

2)    One month notice is required when you are discontinuing your lessons.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For Japanese language lessons

1. Please note there is no refund once classes are booked, so please reschedule minimum 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson.

2. There is No refund once you have commenced lessons, so please complete them.

3. One month notice is required to discontinue your lessons.

4. For sudden illness, please contact me. Please read Covid-19 measures.

 
Rescheduling

1. A confirmed lesson is a commitment you make with me. Please request reschedule minimum 48 hours before the lesson start-time via email and receiving my agreement.

2. Even it is after 48 hours before the lesson start-time, please email me if you are missing your lesson.

3. Within 48 hours of the lesson start-time: It's not possible to reschedule or cancel before the lesson start time.

Food Culture Lessons

For cooking lessons, please reschedule for the next day or two if you are unable to attend the lesson as the ingredients will be wasted.
